The Personal Manifest

The Personal Manifest is the central artifact of this work: a rigorous, evolving, deliberately incomplete working model of you and your situation. It documents your current identity and its biographical sources; your values as they operate in practice (not as stated); your needs, motives, strengths, fears, and avoidance strategies; your commitments and dependencies; the recurring patterns in your decisions; the futures your current behavior is most likely to produce; your non-negotiable boundaries; the principles that should govern your next decisions; concrete interventions; a 90-day plan; and rules for when the model itself must be revised.

It is not a personality test — no types, no scores. It is not a vision board — no aspirations without mechanisms. And it is emphatically not a claim that a human being can be reduced to a document. The Manifest is a working model: useful because it is explicit, honest because it is incomplete, alive because it has revision rules built in.

The Manifest is built, not filled in. It emerges from the Nature Method — the analysis of nature, antecedents, tensions, patterns, and realistic futures — over the course of a Life Architecture Intensive (or a long-form advisory). Every line in it has evidence behind it: your own biography, your own patterns, your own words examined until they hold. The final document is written with you, in your language, and it belongs to you.

A fragment, composite and anonymized, to make it concrete: Current identity: the person who must remain indispensable. Hidden governing rule: my value depends on solving problems others cannot solve. Predictable consequence: more responsibility, less freedom, increasing inability to leave. Desired intervention: separate value from indispensability; redesign work around ownership, selection, and leverage rather than constant rescue. 90-day experiment: decline two rescue roles, delegate one operational dependency, and create one income stream that does not require personal availability.
