Contact form submissions:

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected service interest, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is retained for a maximum of 30 days after the conversation concludes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Website analytics:

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. All data is aggregated and anonymous. IP addresses are never stored. Plausible is hosted in the EU. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding website usage).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your contact form data is processed only by David Sanker for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

4. Data Retention

Contact form data: deleted within 30 days after the conversation concludes.
Analytics data: aggregated and anonymous; no personal data retained.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
